What Pixfy is

Pixfy is a set of AI photo and image tools: you upload a photo or write a description, and an AI model edits the photo or makes a new image. Tools include the AI Clothes Changer, the image generator, image effects, background and object removal, and enhancement. It’s a digital service delivered over the internet; credits and plans take effect as soon as payment goes through.

AI models

Pixfy makes images with third-party models: image models from OpenAI, and models hosted by Replicate, including Flux Kontext by Black Forest Labs, Nano Banana by Google and Recraft. The model behind a tool can change at any time, for example when a provider is unavailable or retires a model. Pixfy is independent and isn’t made by or affiliated with the companies behind these models; their names are trademarks of their owners.

Using Pixfy

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• On the website you sign in with Google. In the iOS app you can sign in with Apple, Google or email. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don’t try to get around our limits, content checks or free-use rules, for example by creating several accounts, automating requests or scraping the service.

Credits

Generating uses credits. Each tool shows its price before you start; most image tools cost 3 credits. Accounts created on the website don’t get free credits. New accounts created in the iOS app get 3 free credits once in most countries. The AI Clothes Changer gives each account one free try, with daily limits per network. Free credits have no cash value.

When an image fails, is declined by the AI model or is stopped by one of our content checks, its credits are returned automatically.

Plans and payments

• Subscriptions. Creator gives 300 credits and Pro gives 600 credits each billing period. You can pay monthly or yearly on the website. A yearly plan is paid up front and adds its credits each month. Plan credits reset at the start of each period and unused credits don’t carry over.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If we change the price, we’ll tell you before your next renewal.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. On the website, open your avatar, then Billing. A PayPal subscription can also be cancelled under automatic payments in your PayPal account. A subscription bought in the iOS app is managed in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
• Credit packs. A pack gives 300 credits for US$24. You can buy a pack while you have an active subscription. Pack credits don’t expire and stay usable after your plan ends.
• Payment. Website prices are in US dollars. Website payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Purchases in the iOS app are made through Apple and follow Apple’s terms and local pricing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Billing problems. If you think a charge is wrong, email support@pixfy.io before disputing it with your bank or payment provider. We reply within 3 business days.
• Credits have no cash value outside Pixfy, can’t be transferred, and are lost if your account is closed for breaking these terms.

Your photos and results

• You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and the results you make. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our service providers, only to run Pixfy for you. We don’t use them to train AI models or for advertising.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use and that everyone recognizable in them has agreed to. See the Content Policy.
• Who can see your images. Your results are private by default. Only the AI Image Generator lets you switch a result to Public, which can show it in Pixfy’s public gallery. Website results made before October 25, 2026 keep the setting they had; you can delete any of them from My Images. Studio results, premium AI Clothes Changer results, your uploaded photos and iOS app results are always private. Every file is served from a long, unguessable link; anyone you share that link with can open it.
• Results are AI-generated. You can use your results, including commercially, for any lawful purpose that follows our Content Policy, but don’t present them as unedited photos where that would mislead people.
• Your uploads and results are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. In the iOS app, photos you upload but don’t use are deleted after about two days.

What AI can and can’t do

Results are made by AI models and can be wrong. A model may change parts of the photo you didn’t ask about, and on faces it redraws rather than restores. Check every result before you rely on it or share it.

Content rules and enforcement

You must follow our Content Policy. We check uploads, prompts and results automatically. If you break the policy, we may block requests, limit your account, or pause or close it, as the Content Policy describes.

Copyright

If you believe content on Pixfy infringes your copyright, email support@pixfy.io with the subject “Copyright” and include: the work you own, where the infringing content is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Our service and your feedback

Pixfy’s software, design, logos and trademarks belong to CENDRO LABS PTY LTD or its licensors. Don’t copy, reverse engineer or resell the service. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop parts of Pixfy, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll update the date above and tell you on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pixfy after that means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Pixfy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for files you deleted. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You’re responsible for claims that arise from content you upload or make, or from your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that can’t be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you have a problem with Pixfy, email support@pixfy.io first so we can try to sort it out. If we can’t, the courts of Victoria, Australia handle the dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to your own courts.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pixfy at any time. You can delete your account in the Pixfy iOS app, or email support@pixfy.io from the address you sign in with and we’ll delete it for you. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
