Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy covers pixfy.io and the Pixfy iOS app, run by CENDRO LABS PTY LTD (“we”, “us”), Melbourne, Australia. In short: we use your photos and prompts to make what you ask for, we keep them until you delete them, and we don’t sell your data.
What we collect
- Photos, prompts and results. The photos you upload, the descriptions you write, the images we make for you and any videos you made before video generation ended in October 2026.
- Account details. Your name, email address and profile picture from Google, or the details Apple shares when you sign in with Apple, or the email address you sign in with in the iOS app. We never get your password for those services.
- Purchases. What you bought, the amount, the date, its status (paid, renewed or refunded) and the payment provider’s reference for it. Card details go to PayPal or Apple, not to us.
- Usage and safety records. Your credit balance and history, the tools you used, and the results of our content checks (the stage, the category matched and the outcome, never the image or prompt).
- Technical data. Your IP address, country, browser and device type. To limit free tools and free tries per network, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your country and the page you came from. We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling) and our own analytics. Our own analytics keep a random visitor ID in your browser and delete event records after 90 days. We don’t use your photos or prompts for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in won’t work without them.
How long we keep things
- Uploads and results: kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. In the iOS app, photos you upload but don’t use are deleted after about two days. Download anything you want to keep.
- Blocked photos and results are never stored. Only the check record, and our team’s alert about it, are kept.
- Account, purchase and safety records: kept while your account exists, and longer where tax or accounting law requires purchase records.
- Deleting your account: delete it in the iOS app, or email support@pixfy.io from the address you sign in with, and we delete your images, uploads and account data.
Who else processes your data
We use these providers to run Pixfy. Each gets only what it needs for its job:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the app’s servers and stores your photos, results and account data.
- OpenAI makes images with its models, helps write prompts, and runs our main content check on your photos, prompts and results.
- Replicate runs the other image models (such as Flux Kontext, Nano Banana and Recraft) and our backup content check. It receives the photo and description for the request.
- Google and Apple handle sign-in if you choose them. Apple also processes purchases made in the iOS app.
- PayPal processes website payments and refunds and receives your email address and payment details.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the website is used.
- Discord carries alerts to our team in a private channel when a request is blocked or fails. An alert can include the account’s email address and the blocked description, never the photo.
AI providers receive your photo and prompt, not your name or email address. Their own privacy policies also apply. Some of these providers are outside Australia, mainly in the United States; we use them only for the purposes above. We don’t sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@pixfy.io. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. In Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au; elsewhere, to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. Your results are private unless you switch one to Public in the AI Image Generator; see our Terms of Service. Files are served from long, unguessable links, so anyone you share a link with can open that file.
Age
Pixfy is for people aged 18 or older, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we delete it. See also our Content Policy.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and note it on the site.
